Privacy policy

Your health information

You're giving Metabolic CEO permission to collect and use your personal and health information, including your measurements, blood test results, DEXA scan results, medical conditions, medications and injuries, to give you personalised nutrition and training coaching.

We order your blood tests and DEXA scan for you through our partners (iMedical for bloods, a body composition clinic for DEXA). You allow them to send your results to Metabolic CEO as well as to you.

If a result looks like it needs medical attention, we'll tell you and ask you to see your GP. We are not your doctor and we don't diagnose or treat medical conditions.

Your information is stored securely in Australia (Sydney). Only Chris Paradisis and the Metabolic CEO coaching team can see it.

Secure technology providers (cloud hosting and AI analysis tools) are used to run the service. They process your information on our instructions. It is never sold.

Some of these providers, such as the AI tool that helps read blood reports, may process your information overseas (for example in the USA). They are bound by strict privacy terms, but overseas privacy laws may not protect you the same way Australian law does.

This is general nutrition and exercise coaching. It is not a substitute for medical advice from your doctor. Always check with your GP before changing anything for a medical condition.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw this consent, at any time. Just ask your coach.

Your information is kept while you're a client and for up to 7 years afterwards, as health records must be, then securely deleted.

Privacy

We collect your contact details, your body measurements and goals, and the health information you choose to give us, only to assess your health and run your program.

We share it with no one except the technology providers that make the service work, unless you ask us to or the law requires it.

Progress photos (optional)

If you upload progress photos, only you and your coach can see them. They are never used in marketing or shown to anyone else without asking you first, in writing.

Deleting your account

In the app, go to Profile, then Delete my account. Your login is deleted straight away. Your health records are kept for up to 7 years, as health records must be, then securely deleted.
